Question 1: Do you ship to my Country?
We are happy to tell you that we have pricing and shipping details for the following countries:

Herbalife maintains some restrictions on International Distributors ordering for clients in a number of countries. Therefore we cannot ship to these countries. However we can put you in contact with Herbalife Sales in the appropriate country and they can help you further. These countries are:
- Croatia
Question 2: My Country is not in that list. What do I do?
If your country is currently not on our site, we may still be able to ship to you via Herbalife Courier. Email ntoyne@flying-shakes.com to find out. Herbalife products are avaliable in the following countries:

Question 3: What are your shipping prices?
For UK shipping:
UK Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. In some cases we will ship directly via courier from Herbalife's warehouse.
All prices are inclusive of either service.
For Europe:
We ship all Europe orders via courier from Herbalife's warehouse that serves the appropriate country.
The actual cost we charge you is dependant on the number of items you buy. Generally speaking, the more you buy, the lower the additional shipping charge.
A surcharge may be charged where air or sea freight is required for customers not in mainland Europe.
Question 4: When will my order be dispatched?
UK Orders:
For Orders placed before 12pm we try and ship the same day with Royal Mail. However, all orders are guaranteed to be shipped the next working day with Royal Mail.
In cases where we ship from Herbalife's Warehouse, we will send you a tracking number when your order has dispatched. Orders are generally dispatched the next working day.
Europe Orders
Orders are generally dispatched the next working day. Precise processing and dispatch times may vary.
Herbalife uses different courier companies in various different countries. Where possible we will send you a tracking number when your order dispatches.
